Who Is This Peninsula Identity Theft Suspect?

DALY CITY, CA- Police are asking for help finding a woman who allegedly used stolen credit cards, a driver’s license, and a Social Security card to steal $4,000 from a victim’s bank account, police said this week.

The victim lost the credit cards, driver’s license and Social Security card when someone stole her wallet Nov. 22. The suspect stole money from the victim’s bank account Nov. 30, Daly City police spokesman Sgt. Ed Green said.

The suspect used the victim’s personal information from the stolen cards to deposit fraudulent checks into the bank account and then withdraw the money, police said.

Police are describing the suspect as a Filipino or Hispanic woman in her 50s, about 5 feet 4 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes. She may have scars on her face from plastic surgery, police said.

Anyone with information about the case is being asked to call Daly City police at (650) 991-8119 or the anonymous tip line at (650) 873-2467. The case number is 15010381.
