FUN & LEARNING!
A kid's ministry without fun is a ministry without kids. That's why Awana takes fun "seriously." But fun is only the start. While kids are having a blast, they are learning and growing, too. They learn Bible verses and spiritual truths that expand their minds. They encounter life lessons that feed their souls. With lots of love and care, our trained leaders seek to point kids to Christ. Parents quickly discover that Awana is a fun approach to a serious calling.
Awana Parents' Small Group
Parents, looking for a way to connect with other adults in a small group Bible Study setting? The "Awana Parents Small Group" meets at Calvary Church during the Awana program, from 6:15-7:45pm Wednesday nights. This is a great way to connect with other parents, dig deeper into God's Word together, and support each other as we strive to become the parents that God has called us to be. Kids 3 years old to 5th grade can participate in the Awana Bible program, and nursery is provided for younger children.
