The Palisades-Malibu YMCA invites students from all area high schools to join Youth & Government, a model legislature and court program. Fun, active weekly meetings lead up to a great trip to Sacramento, where kids gather together from all over California. Hang out with friends while having a real influence on democracy. As a bonus, earn community service credit and boost college applications. The first information session will be held this Thursday, September 20, 6-7:30 p.m. at Pali High.
