19-Year-Old Arrested For Alleged Street-Racing

LA QUINTA, CA — A 19-year-old man, driving a a black 2002 Ford F-150, was arrested after he allegedly was observed street racing at Eisenhower Drive and Vista Laguna in La Quinta Saturday at 11:05 p.m., authorities said.

A member of the La Quinta Traffic Team spotted the Ford's driver, Anthony Rojo of Rancho Mirage, who was placed under arrest and booked into the county jail in Indio, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said.
