Cinema Under The Stars Finale: The Wizard Of Oz In Rancho Mirage

From the City of Rancho Mirage: The City of Rancho Mirage, in Partnership with Desert Recreation District, invites the public to the finale of our inaugural Cinema Under the Stars film series.

On Saturday, May 12th, The Wizard of Oz will close out the series at the Rancho Mirage Amphitheater. Gates open at 6:30 p.m. with the movie beginning at sunset. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, food and beverages to this extraordinary outdoor cinematic experience. This event is free to the public and includes complimentary popcorn and water.

In the 1939 classic, a tornado rips through Kansas, Dorothy (Judy Garland) and her dog, Toto, are whisked away in their house to the magical land of Oz.
