This weekend, Coldwell Banker® Residential Brokerage Southwest Region received three esteemed awards at Americas Property Awards Summit held in Los Angeles. The awards were won in three categories: Best Real Estate Marketing Program (Coldwell Banker Previews International®), Best Real Estate Agency, and Best Real Estate Agent. Coldwell Banker competed against a number of award winning companies to receive these top honors.
Robert Foster, President and Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker’s Greater Los Angeles Company, and Beth Styne, Regional Vice President, accepted the awards on behalf of Coldwell Banker for Best Real Estate Marketing and Best Real Estate Agency. Linda May, located in the Beverly Hills office and one of Los Angeles’ most successful real estate brokers with over 30 years’ experience, took home the award for Best Real Estate Agent. May’s record breaking sales, innovative approach, and deep connection to the city made her the perfect candidate for this award.
The Americas Property Awards, part of the International Property Awards, recognizes the region’s leading property developers, architects, agents and interior designers, and recognizes the highest levels of achievement by companies within the property and real estate industry. To earn these top awards, companies must meet and exceed a variety of criteria, including: brokerage services offered, industry innovations, property portfolio diversity, client testimonials, marketing materials, and more. Each entry is assessed by an independent judging panel consisting of over 50 highly respected experts from all over the world.

“We are extremely honored to receive this recognition from an organization as prestigious as the International Properties Awards. It is important to be recognized on the international stage, as we are truly global, comprising of 3,115 offices nationally and an additional 3,100 offices internationally throughout 49 countries,” said Robert Foster.
This year’s Americas Property Awards judges included Rebecca Johnson (Bloomberg TV - Hotel Section), Peter King (RICS: Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors), Iain Aitch (The Guardian, Dwell Magazine), John Cetra (CetraRuddy Architecture) and Nigel Lewis (Zoopla Property Group).

The awards were held Friday, September 19th, at the JW Marriot in downtown Los Angeles, and included seminars, networking events and a gala dinner inclusive of the awards ceremony. Each year, the Summit brings an opportunity for residential and commercial property professionals from around the world to meet, socialize and connect on a deeper business relationship.
