Pink Body Spa in Palm Desert is offering mini facials tailored to individual skin types; head, neck, and shoulder massages; and hand paraffin wax treatments. Spa appointments are available between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Dechen Farrow, Superior Health Nutrition owner, will offer a seminar on continued regenerative therapy from 4:45 p.m.-6:00 p.m. in the same building.
Walk-ins are welcome to enjoy any yoga class throughout the day. Between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., Go With the Flow Yoga will offer a Pilates Mat class for all experience levels and Gentle Vinyasa a mixed-level class encouraging students to go at their own pace. Their newest class, Kids’ Yoga will be offered at 4 p.m., followed by a final Vinyasa class at 6 p.m.
