Author, Dr. Bruce Hagen’s recent lecture on his book; How To Live To Be 100 In Spite Of Your Doctor : “Health promotion and disease prevention practices that may help you live a longer and more productive life” proved so popular he is returning to Pete Carlson’s Golf & Tennis on April 12 at 6pm.
Dr. Hagen will once again discuss wellness and lifestyle options to best achieve optimum health for all ages. His personal and professional experience is both broad and deep when it comes to healthy living.
He authored the largest Nutritional Chart ever published as well as a Depletions Chart that illustrates what nutrients people lose by taking aspirins, alcohol, antacids, caffeine, antibiotics, birth control pills, cholesterol drugs, cola drinks, diuretics, estrogen, laxatives, smoking, steroids, stress, and sugar. He will explain his findings and how to implement them into daily living.
