This is a MUST for everyone! Dr. Peter Rabins is co-author of "The 36 Hour Day"; which is regarded by health care staff and caregivers, as their "bible"; for Alzheimers, Dementia and end of life situations.

Many of us have already been affected by the condition known as Alzheimer;s, Dementia or end-of-live situations. Whether as a caregiver, a child, a grandchild, a neighbor, or a friend, these awful diseases make our loved ones a shell of their former selves...and it makes the survivors llives sad and difficult beyond belief. As life spans continue to rise, the number of people afflicted with Alzheimer's grows...and with it, the number of us who have to deal with the painful aftermath.

To educate us on Alzheimer's, Dementia, and end of life situations, and help us all deal with this growing problem, the Valley is honored to have expert Dr. Peter Rabins deliver a ground-breaking, FREE lecture and interactive Q & A on Saturday, March 10 from 1:00pm-2:30pm at Sacred Heart Church (43-775 Deep Canyon Road in Palm Desert).

The lecture is FREE OF CHARGE and is being underwritten by the Companion Visitation Ministry of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

This is an amazing opportunity to educate the Valley on how to deal with these extremely tough issues.

Dr. Rabins is regarded by the medical profession as a national leader in the care of Alzheimer' patients. During his lecture, Dr. Rabins will:

-introduce Alzheimer's through one family's experience, providing a framework to better visualize the reality faced by caregivers;
