Family YMCA of the Desert Hosts 'Rocking For The Kids' Tourney
Dinner following the golf tournament will feature a performance by Mickey Thomas of Starship.
From Palm Desert YMCA: The Family YMCA of the Desert, in partnership with Q102.3, is proud to present its “Rocking for the Kids” Golf Tournament which will take place on December 8th at Big Rock Golf and Pub at Indian Springs.
The Rocking for the Kids Golf Tournament will not only help benefit The Family YMCA of the Desert, but support the start of infant care programming.Guests will enjoy a day of lively golf at Indian Springs, on course drinks, an awards dinner and auction. Tickets start at $150.00 per player and $500.00 per foursome.
Dinner and entertainment at Big Rock Pub will be a “rocking” good time and be hosted by hit maker, Mickey Thomas of Starship. Starship’s hits include the Grammy nominated power track, “We Built This City”, Billboard Hot 100 number one single, “Sara” and Academy Award nominated track, “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now”
