Fashion, Clydesdales, Skin Care: Coming To El Paseo
All year long El Paseo offers an abundance of dining and shopping options every day with over 250 retailers and nearly 40 restaurants.

From El Paseo Shopping District: El Paseo Shopping District now features over 250 retailers, with many of the apparel shops now presenting the latest in spring fashions from casual to formal wear. Throughout the month there are also a number of day spas and skin care establishments offering spring specials and discounts for skin rejuvenation services, including facials, body care treatments, nail and hair care. Also, on April 25, the Budweiser Clydesdales make an appearance on their way to Stagecoach.
This year there is a wide variety in fashion trends including rushing design, asymmetrical as well as square necklines, lavender knits and whimsical formal wear, white suits, dark denim sets, black and white polka dots, feathers, x-girl sunglasses, and stylish fanny packs. New spring collections can be found at the many retailers on El Paseo including BB One, BG’s, Nina McLemore, Ralph Lauren, Kate Spade, St. John Boutique, GRAYSE Boutique, Democracy Women’s Apparel, White House Black Market, WORTH New York, Troy, Trina Turk, and others. The long-standing Cactus Flower Shoe Salon, one of the first shops to open on El Paseo, has a variety of new and stylish spring shoes, purses and hats. The latest in shades can be found at Sunglass Hut, Spectacular Shades, Oliver Peoples, and Sun Optics.
In addition to new fashions, in preparation for summer many of the salons and day spas are offering body and skin care specials. Among those are Alankara Aveda Salon, Aveda Experience Center, Quantum Touch Moroccan Wellness Spa, Jake Turner Salon & Spa, LaBonte Salon & Spa, Dennis Ogas Salon, and Carmela’s Skin Care. A variety of discounts are available, and can be found by calling the salons and spas directly.

Later in the month, the famous Budweiser Clydesdales will visit on Thursday, April 25, on their way to Stagecoach. They will be making deliveries in the afternoon to various restaurants along El Paseo. This event is free and open to the public to see them making their deliveries. The eight-horse hitch and red Budweiser beer wagon will be accompanied by the Dalmatian “coach dog,” bred and trained to protect the regal horses and guard the beer wagon!
