For $30 per person Daily Grill will package all the makings of a killer BBQ accompanied by illustrated instructions and cooking times to take all of the guess work out of the holiday’s meal prep. No shopping or prepping for the Memorial Day BBQ! Simply take the bag contents home, grill and enjoy a meal just like the pros at Daily Grill make it! The menu includes: -- Castroville Artichoke with Roasted Red Pepper Aioli Sauce -- Garden Potato Salad with a Balsamic Vinaigrette -- Spring Vegetable Skewers with Balsamic Glaze -- Corn on the Cobb and Compound Butter -- Choice of a Santa Maria Seasoned and Marinated Skirt Steak or Citrus BBQ Atlantic Salmon Filet -- Fresh Key Lime Pie with Raspberry Sauce & Whipped Cream for dessert -- Additional seasonings and olive oil will be included too. Barbecue Bags must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance and will be available for pick-up Saturday, Sunday and Monday May 25-27th on Memorial Weekend.
