GirlFriend Factor Presents 4th Annual 'Club Cabana: Unleashed & Uncorked!'

The local nonprofit philanthropic organization, Girlfriend Factor, welcomes Palm Desert to the event on February 17.

From FG Creative, Inc.: GirlFriend Factor, a local nonprofit philanthropic organization dedicated to helping women reach their potential and achieve their goals through higher education and occupational training, will hold its annual “Club Cabana: Unleashed & Uncorked!” from 6 to 10 p.m. on February 17, at Toscana Country Club in Indian Wells.

The tropical event celebrates professional men from within the community who support the mission of GirlFriend Factor and are affectionately called “Cabana Boys.” Steel drum live music sets the tone during the cocktail hour followed by a buffet dinner. There will be a silent auction of items donated by the 11 Cabana Boys prior to dinner, followed by the highly anticipated live Uncorked Auction of the larger themed packages assembled by each of the Cabana Boys that include unique collections of prizes, such as hotel stays, dinner parties, golf and wine, and more. The event will be emceed by Ginger Jeffries of KMIR, and Brian Harnik of the law firm Roemer & Harnik, while the infamous “pass the pink flamingo” for bidders will again be part of the evening’s entertainment. The Cabana Boy raising the most money with their auction package is awarded as the Big Kahuna for the coming year!

The cost is $95 per person. Toscana Country Club is located at 76-009 Via Club Villa in Indian Wells. Casual beachcomber attire is recommended. For more information about GirlFriend Factor and to purchase tickets visit here or call 760.772.9594.
