Man Caught On Camera Swiping $2,500 In Yard Tools: Palm Springs Police
A landscaping truck was stripped of expensive tools in this "caught on camera" crime. Do you recognize the suspect?

PALM SPRINGS, CA — More than $2,500 worth of landscaping tools were stolen Monday from a truck and trailer, the Palm Springs Police Department shared.
On Thursday, shortly before 8 a.m., a suspect zeroed in on a landscaper's vehicle in the 200 block of Camino Sur, police said.
"The suspect left with items including a Stihl weed eater, FS 91 R Edge Trimmer loop handle, Stihl HL94 24 Hedge trimmer, and Exmark commercial lawn mower," police said. The value of what was stolen, based on online retail prices, totaled at least $2,500, including over $1,800 for the cheapest lawn mower model.

Police are seeking the suspect, who was witnessed on video wearing tan cargo pants, a gray long-sleeve shirt, a red-orange face shield, a black hat, and black shoes. He appeared to use bolt cutters to remove the equipment, according to authorities.
