Meth, Coke, Ammo & $7K Seized After Warrant Served
The home's resident, 45, was arrested in the Coachella Valley Gang Task Force and RivCo SWAT operation, deputies said.

COACHELLA VALLEY, CA —Methamphetamine, cocaine and ammunition, along with approximately $7,000 of cash, possibly from narcotics sales, were recovered and one man was arrested Monday morning after a search warrant was served at a Thermal residence by the Coachella Valley Violent Crime Gang Task Force, according to officials.
With assistance from the Riverside County Sheriff's SWAT unit, the warrant service was conducted at 5 a.m. at the home near the 65000 block of Van Buren Street, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department said.
The Thermal resident, Ezequiel Ortega Nava, 45, was arrested for suspicion of possession of methamphetamine/cocaine for sale, being a felon in possession of ammunition and committing a felony while on bail, and was booked into the county jail in Indio, deputies said.
