Palm Desert Alerts Residents To Upcoming Fireworks Display

PALM DESERT, CA - From the City of Palm Desert:

WHAT: INDIAN WELLS – FIREWORKS DISPLAY

Indian Wells Country Club will be hosting a private event on Saturday, April 13, that includes an approximately 10-minute fireworks display that is scheduled to start at 9 p.m.

The fireworks could disturb pets in nearby neighborhoods including some neighborhoods in Palm Desert.

The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) advises pet owners to keep their dogs and cats at home in a quiet, sheltered, and escape-proof area during fireworks displays. The City of Palm Desert encourages residents who live in affected areas to follow the SPCA’s advice and protect their pets.
