Palm Desert's Fall Concerts Continue: Sinatra & Friends Tribute
Get ready for an exciting performance of classic American music by The Pack.
City of Palm Desert: Palm Desert’s free Fall Concerts in the Park continue at 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 24, with an exciting performance of classic American music by The Pack.
A tribute to the artistry and charisma of Frank Sinatra and his “Rat Pack” friends Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr., The Pack will bring the hits, laughs, and signature style of these three vintage Las Vegas legends to the Civic Center Park amphitheater stage. Featuring live music under the stars from 6 to 7:30 p.m. every Thursday, this year’s fall concert series concludes on October 31 with a Halloween grand finale featuring Dead Man’s Party, the perennially popular Oingo Boingo Tribute Band.
The 2019 Fall Concerts also debuted a new beer garden at Civic Center Park offering brews curated by La Quinta Brewing Company and brought the return of food trucks to the park, giving concertgoers an opportunity to enjoy mouthwatering mobile culinary creations during each show. Attendees are also encouraged to bring picnic baskets, along with their blankets or lawn chairs, to enjoy the shows. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited with the exception of the offerings inside the beer garden and smoking is prohibited throughout the park. The City thanks Desert Recreation District and Burrtec Waste and Recycling for their support of this year’s fall concerts. Civic Center Park is located on the northeast corner of San Pablo Avenue and Fred Waring Drive. For more information, please call 760-568-1441.
