Palm Springs Airport Sees Flights Canceled Due To Extreme Weather
Several inbound and outbound flights were canceled Thursday after freezing weather and storms ravage Texas, Midwest.

PALM SPRINGS, CA —It's sunny and breezy Thursday in Palm Springs, but Palm Springs International Airport travelers should check their flights, the airport says.
Extreme weather has led to multiple arriving and departing flight cancellations, it was announced Thursday morning.
Three midwestern cities hammered by icy and blizzard conditions have caused cancelations of flights into and out of Palm Springs.

At Austin, Tex. Austin-Bergrtrom International Airport, the majority of incoming and outgoing flights were canceled due to the overnight ice storm that has brought the region to a standstill. Flights were also canceled in Dallas Ft. Worth and Indianapolis as residents stayed indoors after a Texas-wide ice storm

The ripple effect has caused flight cancellations for Palm Springs International Airport travelers.

As of 9:30 a.m., the following arrivals and departures from Palm Springs International Airport were canceled due to weather.
ARRIVALS:
- American Flight 2673 is scheduled to arrive from Dallas Ft. Worth at 10:05 am.
- Alaska Airlines Flight 3357 is scheduled to arrive from Austin at 11:26 a.m.
- American Airlines Flight 1238 is scheduled to arrive from Dallas Ft. Worth at 1:37 p.m.
- Allegiant Air Flight 1097 is scheduled to arrive from Indianapolis at 4:09 p.m.
DEPARTURES:
- American Flight 2673 is scheduled to depart to Dallas Ft. Worth at 11:08 a.m.
- Alaska Flight 3357 is scheduled to arrive from Austin at 12:35 p.m.
- Allegiant Air Flight 1087 is scheduled to arrive from Indianapolis at 4:54 p.m.
All Friday travelers should check online to see if their flights have been delayed or canceled before heading to the airport.
