Palm Springs Area Flooding Leads To Multiple Road Closures Amid Storm

At least two roads were closed Wednesday morning due to flooding, police say.

PALM SPRINGS, CA — Heavy rain in the Palm Springs area has led to road closures in at least two areas, Palm Springs Police Department reported Wednesday.

Shortly before 9 a.m. police closed North Indian Canyon Drive between Sunrise Parkway and Palm Springs Station Road.

Flooding led to a brief closure at Araby Drive, south of Anza Trail, due to flooding at the wash. That roadway reopened as of 10 a.m.Follow Palm Springs Police on Twitter for the most up to date road closure information.
