Abe Hewko was moved to #2 singles this week, and he responded by picking up all three points in his matches. Aidan Korros, who also dropped to #3 for Palm Desert, won two of his three matches.

Aztec doubles teams were near perfect, taking 8 of their 9 total sets.

Hewko and the doubles teams of Nick Cummins/Jack Felich  and Eggleston/Chris Bastardi  have a potentially busy weekend before the CIF finals.  They’re all off to play in the CIF individual Championships this Friday and Saturday.
