'Person Of Interest' Sought In Palm Springs Stabbing
Benjamin Olsen, 31, of Desert Hot Springs is wanted for questioning in connection with Wednesday's stabbing of a teen in Palm Springs.

PALM SPRINGS, CA — Police Monday circulated a photo of a "person of interest" in a stabbing attack on a teenager in Palm Springs and sought public help in locating him.
The victim, whose name was withheld, was stabbed about 4:15 a.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of South Palm Canyon Drive, near West Baristo Road, and was rushed to a hospital in critical condition, according to the Palm Springs Police Department. An update on the boy's condition was unavailable.
Police on Monday identified 31-year-old Benjamin Olsen of Desert Hot Springs as a "person of interest" in the case and asked anyone with information about his whereabouts to call Detective Ryan at 760-323-8145 or 760- 327-1441.
