Traffic Alert: Highway 111 Signal Work

PALM DESERT, CA - From The City of Palm Desert: The traffic signals on Highway 111 at Desert Crossing (between Fred Waring Drive and Town Center Way) will be dark or in flash mode for much of the day on Wednesday, January 31, with the intersection functioning as a four-way stop.

The work to replace the traffic signal cabinet is scheduled to take place from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Stop signs will control traffic.

Delays are expected and motorists are encouraged to allow extra time or use alternate routes such as Fred Waring Drive.
