Youth Football Signups Underway for Palm Desert
PD/LQ football is looking for players and cheerleaders for the upcoming season.
Sign-ups are under for Palm Desert-La Quinta junior football’s 2012 season.
The highly successful football program, for kids 7 to 14 years old, is looking to fill up to six teams this year, which runs from September through November. Practices begin July 30 and will be held weeknights at the Palm Desert Civic Center Park. Games take place on Saturdays in Coachella.
The cost is $220 per child, with financial assitance available for those eligible. The cost includes most equipment, players provide their own shoes.
