Crews were dispatched for repairs, with service estimated to be restored by early evening, affecting 985 local customers during the day.

Alien: Marcus Xavier Chormicle (southwestcontemporary.com) — An Indigenous photographer with Agua Caliente roots is using a long-term project in Séc-he, the Cahuilla name for Palm Springs, to reclaim how his family's ancestral lands are seen. By installing large photo panels on his uncle's allotment within the Agua Caliente Reservation, which interlocks with downtown Palm Springs, he centers Native perspectives, sovereignty, and generational ties to the local landscape.
