$10,000 Reward Offered For Information On South Bay Shooting
Los Altos-based Mothers Against Murder is offering the reward.

PALO ALTO, CA — A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person who shot at an occupied vehicle in Palo Alto last week, police said.
No injuries were but bullets hit the victim's vehicle when the suspect opened fire last Wednesday morning on Embarcadero Road near East Bayshore Road.
Detectives have not determined whether the shooting was random or whether the suspect was trying to shoot the victim specifically.

The shooting appears to have happened just before 9 a.m. when someone called dispatchers to report it. Police described the suspect as a man in his 20s with dreadlocks and who was wearing a facemask.

A young woman was in the suspect's vehicle, which appeared to be a red, newer model Chevrolet SUV with tinted rear windows.
The SUV apparently had no front license plate and a rear plate that was a temporary paper one. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the Police Department's dispatch center at (650) 329-2413.
