Boston Private Bank & Trust Company Hires Fitnete Kraja as VP, Residential Mortgage Lending

Palo Alto, Calif. — Boston Private Bank & Trust Company, a leading wealth management and private banking company, announces Fitnete Kraja has joined the company as Vice President, Residential Mortgage Lending.
Based in Boston Private’s Palo Alto location, Kraja’s primary focus is to cultivate key relationships with realtors, developers, builders, CPAs and financial consultants within the community, thus expanding the Bank’s referral network. Her proactive approach in communicating with borrowers has enabled her to excel at providing customized financial solutions to clients while cross-selling the Bank’s wide array of products and services. Boston Private’s Residential Lending offerings include jumbo portfolio mortgages, conforming loans, construction loans, home equity loans and community homeowner programs.
Kraja brings more than 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry to her new role. In her prior positions, she served as a Private Mortgage Banker at both Bank of the West and Wells Fargo.

Kraja holds a paralegal certificate and a real estate broker’s license. She has also served on the United States Tennis Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Chico State University.
