Chef Tal Ronnen Shows Off LYFE Kitchen's New Chow

Chef Tal Ronnen cooked up a few of LYFE Kitchen's vegetarian dishes Friday at a demonstration at 's in Menlo Park.

Ronnen and the rest of the LYFE Kitchen crew believe that food can be both good tasting and good for you.

Palo Alto Patch got an at LYFE's first restaurant, opening in downtown Palo Alto later this month.
