City of Palo Alto Urban Water Management Plan Public Meeting

Representatives from the City of Palo Alto Utilities are hosting a public meeting to discuss preliminary findings for the City’s 2010 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and plan for a 20% reduction in potable water use by 2020.  The City is in the process of updating the 2005 UWMP with information on water supply reliability, current and future water demands, water conservation and recycling programs, water reduction targets and plan to comply with SBx7-7, the Water Conservation Bill of 2009.

 

The meeting will be held March 24, 2011 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Palo Alto Art Center Auditorium, 1313 Newell Road, Palo Alto, CA 94303.  Palo Alto Art Center Auditorium
