Following a brief introductory overview, Utilities staff will invite questions and comments. The objective of this meeting is to explain the currently proposed rate structure and increase public understanding of both the long-term water supply situation and the nature of the relationship between rates and water supply delivery costs. Staff also welcomes this opportunity to hear and better understand public perceptions and concerns.
