One of 9 restaurants in Palo Alto participating in Dining Out For Life 2011, donating 25% of food sales on April 28 to The Health Trust AIDS Services. NY chef Suvir Saran, one of the stars of the TV show Top Chef Masters, will be in Silicon Valley to support the event and plans to make surprise visits to some of the participating restaurants in the region to thank diners and local chefs for their support of people living with HIV/AIDS.
