Through a series of carefully-crafted prompts, exercises, imagery, and other techniques, you will learn how to transform your journal writing into a rewarding practice for growth,creativity, awareness, and personal fulfillment.
Whether you're an experienced journal-keeper, or just curious and would like to begin, this half day gathering will teach you new and unique ways to bring a regular journaling practice into your daily life.
