Government Officials and Community Leaders attend ESCs 50th Anniversary Celebration at Lytton Gardens and Webster House
Anniversary event celebrates Episcopal Senior Communities efforts in creating a safe and positive environment for it's residences.

Dignitaries and community members alike gathered at Lytton Gardens and Webster House in Palo Alto on September 23 to celebrate the work and dedication that the Episcopal Senior Communities has provided for their residences all throughout the Bay Area.
Attendees included Assemblymember Richard Gordon, County Supervisor Joe Simitian’s Policy Aide Gabe Carhart, Mayor Karen Holman, City Council Member Tom DuBois and Police Chief Dennis Burns. These guests of honor awarded the Episcopal Senior Communities proclamations and certificates to thank them for the work they’ve done in providing life-changing services for seniors with Continuing Care Communities, affordable housing and senior resource programs,
Later that day, Assemblymember Richard Gordon spoke to William Rector, a resident at Lytton Gardens, after giving a touching speech about the amazing care he has received from ESC after he fell and broke his hip. He is now in the communities assisted living program and is receiving amazing attention from their staff members.

After the event, dignitaries were invited to stay and were able to speak with community members over complimentary refreshments and hors d’oeuvres.
The Episcopal Senior Communities was founded as a nonprofit organization and has served seniors for 50 years through the efforts of many generous and dedicated individuals who shared the vision of cultivating vital communities for seniors.
