Hair Salons And Barbershops Reopen For Indoor Service In Palo Alto

Californians can once again get their hair cut inside a salon or barbershop under new COVID-19 guidelines Governor Gavin Newsom announced Friday. The newly announced Blueprint for a Safer Economy replaces the County Monitoring List. Go Here for a description of the framework for moving through the different State tiers and timing.
