Hair Salons And Barbershops Reopen For Indoor Service In Palo Alto
The newly announced Blueprint for a Safer Economy replaces the County Monitoring List.

Californians can once again get their hair cut inside a salon or barbershop under new COVID-19 guidelines Governor Gavin Newsom announced Friday. The newly announced Blueprint for a Safer Economy replaces the County Monitoring List. Go Here for a description of the framework for moving through the different State tiers and timing. The new guidelines do not, however, supersede county health orders, if the county’s rules are more stringent. Please see the Santa Clara County Health Department’s press release here for details.
