Man Accused Of Indecent Exposure In Palo Alto Parking Garage
Police arrested a 34-year-old man on suspicion of indecent exposure, giving false information to police, and multiple drug charges.

PALO ALTO, CA — A man was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure after police say he exposed himself to another man inside a parking garage Monday evening.
Police received a report around 6:44 p.m. Monday about an indecent exposure that had just taken place in a garage on the 300 block of Pasteur Drive. The victim, a man in his thirties, said a man had approached him in the garage and asked for a sex act while holding and exposing his genitals.
Officers responding saw the suspect running west on Pasteur Drive, called for him to stop and arrested him. He gave officers a false name, and police found drugs in his pants pocket.

Police arrested Ximena Noly, 34, who has no permanent address, and booked him into the Santa Clara County Main Jail on suspicion of indecent exposure, giving false information to police, possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine.
He was also booked on an outstanding warrant out of Santa Clara for resisting arrest and giving false information to release.
