Man Arrested, Accused of Sexually Inappropriate Comments To Children At Church Event
The 64 year old was arrested after a disturbance call at an event in Palo Alto.

A Burlingame man was arrested last week in Palo Alto for allegedly making inappropriate sexual comments to middle school students at a church, police said Tuesday.
Kenneth Edward Schwartz, 64, was arrested last Thursday on suspicion of misdemeanor annoying or molesting children. Police responded at around 7 p.m. Thursday to the All Saints Episcopal Church at 555 Waverley St. after receiving a call that a man was creating a disturbance and refusing to leave the church.
The man, later identified as Schwartz, was detained at the scene, police said. Investigators learned an event for middle school students had just ended there when a church employee saw the suspect sitting on a bench in the courtyard and overheard him make inappropriate sexual comments to a group of four boys as they walked by him, police said.
