Moreno Family Law Firm Expands with 2nd Location in Palo Alto

The Moreno Family Law Firm, (www.svdivorce.net) a divorce and family law firm for 25 years, opens a second location in Palo Alto.

The Moreno Family Law Firm has been serving Santa Clara County from their San Jose location for 25 years and this month opened a new Palo Alto office for their clients.

“Our firm has been growing for years. With multiple lawyers, there was a need to provide a second and perhaps, more convenient location for our clients,” said owner, Marilyn Moreno.

The Moreno Family Law Firm focuses their practice on family law relating to divorce and children’s issues, such as child custody and visitation, alimony and child support.

Attorney Marilyn E. Moreno and Attorney Shelley R. O’Brien, both Stanford Law School graduates who previously practiced in San Jose, are now practicing from the new Palo Alto office.

They bring over sixty years of combined experience. Marilyn is a Certified Family Law Specialist, voted seven years in a row as one of the top family law lawyers in Santa Clara County in San Jose Magazine.

Shelley has a background in civil litigation, including family law, business litigation and personal injury, recently focusing on bringing civil actions against perpetrators of domestic violence.

The Moreno Family Law Firm has been named Best Family Lawyer by Metro’s “Best of Silicon Valley” from 2011 to 2014.
