PAL Annual Gala To Celebrate 'The Great 20th Century Artists'

Tickets are now on sale for the Palo Alto event celebrating Pacific Art League, a Peninsula institution for more than 96 years.

PALO ALTO, CA — Pacific Art League, a Peninsula art institution for nearly a century, invites the community to its annual fundraising gala on Saturday, Feb. 10. Tickets are now on sale for the evening celebrating not only the successes of the longstanding Palo-Alto based nonprofit, but "The Great 20th Century Artists and Their Art."

The gala will take place from 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at Garden Court Hotel, 620 Cowper St., in Palo Alto.

According to event organizers: "Guests are invited to dress as their favorite artist, interpret their art, or simply relax and join us in cocktail attire. During the evening guests will enjoy fine dining, dancing and the opportunity to win art pieces or wonderful lifetime experiences during our silent and live auction."

The unique organization was founded more than 96 years ago and has the largest selection of art classes on the Peninsula. PAL is also a thriving gallery with monthly juried exhibitions in a historic downtown Palo Alto location.
