Palo Alto Chef To Host Talk On Cooking With Scraps
Palo Alto chef Anne-Marie Bonneau published a cookbook that discusses how to have a sustainable lifestyle in the kitchen.
PALO ALTO, CA — Palo Alto chef Anne-Marie Bonneau will host a virtual event on Thursday discussing how to cook with scraps and using groceries before they are wasted.
She will also promote her new cookbook, “The Zero-Waste Chef: Plant-Forward Recipes and Tips for a Sustainable Kitchen and Planet.”
The book includes 75 recipes for cooking with scraps, and discusses how to have a sustainable lifestyle in the kitchen with cheaper recipes and using what is available.

Bonneau, who is from Canada and runs the Zero-Waste Chef blog, has lived plastic-free since 2011.
