Palo Alto Indecent Exposure Suspect Sought
Suspect exposed himself to a 12-year-old girl according to police.

PALO ALTO, CA — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying an indecent exposure suspect in case over the weekend involving a juvenile victim.
The incident occurred Sunday between 3 and 4 p.m. in the 800 block of Driftwood Drive, the Palo Alto Police Department said in a news release.
A 12-year-old girl was riding her bike when the suspect pulled up and asked for directions according to police. When she looked inside the vehicle, she saw the man had his genitals exposed and he was touching himself, police said.

The girl rode away when the man opened his door as if to get out of the car, police said. The suspect drove after her briefly but then left the area when the girl noticed a family walking nearby.
A parent of the girl notified police of the incident at around 4:30 p.m.

The victim described the suspect as a Latino male in his 30s. He was either bald or had extremely close-cropped hair and was wearing a light-colored denim jacket, dark denim pants, and large silver sunglasses.
He was driving a newer silver Toyota sedan, possibly a Camry with a license plate that contained the letter “H” according to police.
The victim met with a police sketch artist, who produced the attached sketch of the suspect.
There have been no similar cases in Palo Alto in more than a year, police said.
