Palo Alto Planning Department Rolls Out Online Permit Services
This allows customers to apply and pay for planning entitlements, building permits, and other city-issued permits such as fire or utilities.

Palo Alto’s Planning and Development Services Department has a new Online Permitting Services System. The City can now accept, review, and provide feedback for documents submitted securely online. This allows our customers to apply and pay for planning entitlements, building permits, and other city-issued permits such as fire or utilities.

By offering Online Permitting Services, the City can continue to serve customers during the COVID-19 Shelter in Place Order period. It also ensures our development partners can get back to work once the shelter in place order is lifted.
