The City of Palo Alto is developing a 2020 update to our Sustainability and Climate Action Plan (S/CAP) to help the City meet its sustainability goals, including its overarching goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 80 percent from the 1990 level by 2030.

The 2020 S/CAP Community Engagement Workshop scheduled for Tuesday, March 31 at Mitchell Park Community Center will now be a pre-recorded webinar series to gain community insight. Find it posted here.

The Sustainability Work Plan, and the Earth Day Report is tentatively scheduled to be reviewed by Council on Monday, April 13. The 2020 S/CAP Study session will go before Council in early fall.
