Peninsula Teacher's Aide Pleads No Contest For Sex Crimes With Student

BREAKING: The incidents were exposed when a graphic video was anonymously emailed to the high school's vice principal.

SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA – A Redwood City high school teacher's aide pleaded no contest Thursday to two felony counts related to sex crimes with a 15-year-old student, San Mateo County prosecutors said.

Gustabo Rodriguez, 22, a former part-time aide at Sequoia High School, pleaded no contest to two counts of felony oral copulation with a minor under 16 and faces up to two years in prison when he is sentenced on
Jan. 4, according to the district attorney's office.

Rodriguez allegedly had oral sex with the victim four times at his Redwood City home earlier this year and at one point made a video of himself shaving the student's pubic hair without his knowledge, prosecutors said.

The case came to light after the video was anonymously emailed to a school vice principal, who turned it over to Redwood City police in late July.
