Palo Alto is developing a 2020 Sustainability and Climate Action Plan (S/CAP) to help meet its sustainability priorities, including its goal of reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions 80 percent below 1990 levels by 2030. Based on community input already received, staff drafted a 2020 Sustainability and Climate Action Plan Potential Areas and Priorities document to summarize the vision for the 2020 S/CAP.
We hope you can join us at the 2020 S/CAP Update Community Engagement Workshop on March 31 from 5:30-7 p.m. in the El Palo Alto room at Mitchell Park Community Center to provide your feedback on the potential 2020 S/CAP Priorities, Goals, and Key Actions. There will be a very short staff presentation, followed by interactive activities where community feedback is encouraged.
