Thirty-Five Ticket Holders Win In Palos Verdes Art Center’s Win Your Dream House Raffle First Early Bird Drawing

Marina Dudley and Douglas Wallace of Torrance, CA won the $25,000 first prize in the Early Bird 1 drawing of the Palos Verdes Art Center’s 11th annual Palos Verdes Dream House Raffle. The drawing was held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, February 24, 2013, at Terranea Resort, 100 Terranea Way, Rancho Palos Verdes.    

Additional cash award winners were: Norman and Ellen Cantor of Rolling Hills Estates, CA, $5,000; Jerry Lynch of Laguna Hills, CA, $2500; William T. Um and Christine Kim of Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, $1500; and Nancy Kodama of Walnut, CA won the special $20,000 multiple ticket prize for purchasers of more than one ticket. Jerrold and Jo-Anne Silva of Wareham, MA were awarded the fifth prize, a Terranea Weekend package, worth $4,000, that includes a complimentary two-night stay in a Seaside Villa or Casita with a “glimpse of life as an owner with free-reign privileges”. +

The 35 winners and all other tickets in this drawing will also be included in an additional Early Bird Drawing on April 14, and in the Grand Prize drawing on May 10, 2013. All drawings are open to the public; however, winners need not be present to win.  

If the ticket thresholds are reached, the Grand Prize winner will have a choice of a Terranea Seaside Vacation Home Villa or $1 Million Dollars Cash! The Seaside Vacation Home Villa is located within Terranea’s World-Class Resort! A Terranea Villa is not a primary residence. It is full-ownership real estate with limited-usage requirements.
