TORRANCE, CA — Spring has sprung, and the cherry blossoms are in bloom.
This Sunday, the City of Torrance is hosting its annual Cherry Blossom Festival at columbia Park from 11 to 4.
In addition to an explosion of pink, the fair will also offer multicultural performances, workshops, artist booths, and a range of food trucks.
