Guided NATURE WALK by Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy at Peacock Flats/Eagle's Nest

Saturday, November 14th, 9am

Visit our ongoing restoration site where currently 20 acres are being restored to coastal sage scrub and cactus scrub. Peacock Flats was grazed by goats in 2011 to remove invasive weeds prior to restoration. Observe the other side of Peacock Flats trail to compare how the area looked before habitat restoration. This is a moderate walk. Park at the east end of the parking lot at St. John Fisher Church. We suggest carpooling as there will be limited parking spaces available. Free and open to the public. For more information, contact (310) 541-7613 ext. 201 or visit the website at www.pvplc.org.
