Palos Verdes Peninsula 4-H Club
What is 4-H? 4-H is a community of young people across America, who are learning Citizenship, Leadership and Life Skills.

The PVP 4-H Club held its annual club recognition dinner this month to recognize all of its Adult Leaders, Teen Leaders and Junior Leaders for another successful year. We would like to thank the outgoing 4-H member board for a successful program year. The 4-H Club just recently returned back from the local San Gabriel Valley 4-H Fair where they participated with 5 others club in the southern California for over 40 project trophies. The PVP 4-H Club walked away with 31 club project trophy’s. Some of them include: Aerospace & Rocketry, Automotive, Baked Goods, Beekeeping, Camping & Outdoors, Cavies, Clothing & Textiles, Computers, Dairy Goats, Dog Care, Eggs, Electricity, Goats, Graphic Arts, Guide Dogs, Heritage Arts, Horses, Individual & Group Sports, Indoor & Outdoor Gardens, Leathercraft, Marine Biology, Ornamental Horticulture, Pets & Small Animals, Poultry, Rabbits, Shooting Sports, Swine, Tree, Plants & Flowers, Wildlife and Woodworking. The 4-H club will be lead by another great group of young individuals in the next program 2016-2017 year. The newly elected board members are: Wesley Rich, President; Kiran Ekanayake, 1st VP; Lucia Brown, 2nd VP; Alexa Sutter, 3rd VP; Michelle Sylvest, 4th VP; Sierra Ryan, 5th VP; Georgia Pike, Secretary; Liliana Brown, Treasurer; Ryan Hamm, Corresponding Secretary; Rilei Trebotic, Historian; Niki Yunkerm Reporter; Blake Pickman, Community Service; Alexander Nunley, Refreshments; Andrew Nunley, Recreation; Nathan Brava, Flag Chairman and Julia Brown, Parliamentarian.
