Boy Says He Was Bloodied By Bullies While Adult Egged It On
A school supervisor told other students to "jump him," and another altercation was caught on tape, the Palos Verdes Estates student alleges.

PALOS VERDES, CA – A Palos Verdes eighth grader claims he was bullied and violently beaten — once at the urging of a school supervisor, according to a lawsuit filed by the boy's family against the Palos Verdes Peninsula School District and the boy's alleged tormenters.
Palos Verdes Intermediate school eighth grader, Leo Lin, said he was attacked three times – the most recent attack left him hospitalized, KTLA reported. The school district did nothing to protect the child, the suit alleges.
"The first incident, I got attacked by other students and it was filmed on tape," the 13-year-old told KTLA. "The second incident was when a school supervisor told other students to jump me."

The third incident, he told the news station, was when he refused to buy a vape from some boys in the school bathroom. He claims a peer pushed him from behind, and another boy smashed his head into a sink, giving him a concussion, according to KTLA. Lin said his head was gushing blood, requiring stitches, and he is now in counseling to help him deal with the trauma.
"The school did nothing, they didn't try to protect me," he told the news station.
