SpaceX CFO New Chair Of Marymount University Board of Trustees

RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA — Marymount California University has announced Bret Johnsen, Chief Financial Officer of SpaceX, as the new Chair of the Board of Trustees. At SpaceX, Johnsen oversees long-term financial development, interfacing with the financial community, and managing SpaceX's internal financial operations, according to a Marymount California University press release. Johnsen has also overseen financial growth of other companies including Broadcom Corporation.

"This mindset and his vast experiences paired with his ability to understand how truly special our university is made him the perfect fit as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Marymount California University."

Johnsen was previously Marymount's Chair of the Finance Committee.
