Woman Rescued After Falling 150 Feet Off Palos Verdes Cliff

RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA – A woman was rescued after apparently falling 150 feet off a cliff along the Rancho Palos Verdes coast near Terrace Trail, officials told KTLA.

When the woman didn't return to home after a walk last night, her parents reported her missing, the news station reported.

Capt. Dimitri Ramirez told KTLA that when fire officials arrived at the scene, they realized the victim needed to be hoisted out of the area by a helicopter. The woman, who sustained only minor injuries, was rescued and taken to Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, he said.
